Cucumber is in the Cucurbitaceae Family. It belongs to the same family with watermelon, honeydew, squash, cantaloupe and pumpkin. Cucumber contains mostly 95% of water. The high content of water in cucumber helps to prevent dehydration. It also helps to fight heat both inside and outside. Your body will get relief from heart burn when you eat cucumber. The application of cucumber on skin helps to relief you from sunburn.
