How to apply early morning water drinking

The people in Japan have formed the habit of drinking water on an empty stomach immediately after waking up. Many studies have shown the benefit of drinking water on an empty stomach. Through water treatment, positive effects against many serious ailments are provided. Drinking water on an empty stomach is useful against ailments such as body pains, headache, increased heart rate, heart problems, blood cholesterol, epilepsy, asthma, bronchitis, kidney ailments, TB, meningitis, puking urinary tract, diarrhea, gastritis, constipation, diabetes, uterus ailments, eye ailments, menstrual disarrays, ear ailments and problems with nose and throat.

3.Immediately after the 45 minutes, you can eat or drink whatever you like.

4.You should not drink or eat 2 hours after breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

5.If you could not drink 4 glasses of water on an empty stomach because of sickness, you can start with drinking water as much as you can and then increase the amount of water you drink every next day until you get to the recommended point of 640 ml of water.

6.People that applied this method of drinking water on an empty stomach were healed of  various ailments and those that were healthy at the time of applying this method gained extra energy.
